Gordon Macdonald MSP is urging local small businesses to participate in a new partnership between Small Business Saturday and the Duke of York's iDEA programme.
This collaborative programme will deliver free, expert online training to small businesses across the UK. The iDEA curriculum has been curated to help inspire people all over the world to become digital citizens, workers, makers, gamers, and entrepreneurs, and to enhance their employability.
The programme is easy to access and FREE to take part in, with a quick and easy online registration.
Small Business Saturday will be celebrating the achievements of small businesses taking part in the iDEA programme throughout the year with special content and extra special events, details of which will be shared over the coming months.
Each week Small Business Saturday will be sharing insights into different modules of the programme over the campaign's digital channels.
The iDEA programme with Small Business Saturday include expert online training in all aspects of running a business, a transferable record of achievement, opportunities to share experiences with other small businesses, and opportunities for promoting your business.
